Officially Miserable

Yes, I'm miserable. Every year my allergies get worse and this year is no different. I love Spring but I hate the allergies that go with it. My head feels like it's going to exploded. This is not going to help my running this week. We are now 5 weeks into our 10 week training. Some runs are great and other runs I feel like I'm running for the very first time. When you're running 4 days a week, I guess there's not enough time for your body to recover.

Rach,
Perhaps it is time that you consider allergy shots. It is a hassle to do, you have to go in like every week for the shot. However, I have personally known a few people that have had HORRIBLE allergies and they have said that this was a life saver. I have a friend who's daughter is terribly allergic to everything, cats, dogs, birds, trees, you name it. It was making her have horrible asthma attacks. Theses shots have been a life saver for her.

Just a thought.
I am going to make an appointment for Dave, his will be starting up soon and he will be miserable until it snows again. He has struggled taking anything because his nose will bleed terribly.

Good luck, love you!
I am so proud of you for being so ambitious running! I hope that eventually I will be able to get back to a more strenuos workout. It will take awhile. I have to go really slow to make sure that my foot muscle is strong enough and not irritated at all.
